From Design to Erection

YBT Oy makes high-quality prefab concrete elements, and when required can offer a full range of services from design to erection. From one generation to the next concrete structures stand the test of time, wear and tear, and the critical eye.

The family business was founded in 1958, its long traditions giving our operations a solid base. Since 1998 YBT has held the highest, AAA credit rating.

Our production plants are located in Ylitornio (Headquartes) and Kuhmo. YBT is also a shareholder in Prefabmästarna Sverige AB which has production plant in Öjebyn.

We employ 50 concrete professionals who perform their high quality work in a safe environment, enabling efficient and cost-saving operations.

A responsible attitude to the environment is high on our list of values. We keep environmental requirements in mind in all our activities according to the principles of sustainable development. We make efficient use of energy and raw materials, and by recycling we place a smaller burden on the environment. Our production plants produce only one tenth the waste of a building site.
